We have recently purchased the Villa from Kevin & Joanne and strive to give the same excellent service as they have given.

Casa Roper is a two bedroom villa situated a short stroll from the Marina Rubicon. It is tastefully furnished throughout and has excellent outside facilities for those hot days and balmy nights. It is conveniently located with the nearest supermarket and taxi rank being only metres away. A short walk takes you to the wonderful marina which has many excellent restaurants for eating out and a further stroll along the promenade takes you into Playa Blanca which has a wide variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. Ideal for families and couples seeking relaxation.

The villa is stylishly furnished throughout with a light and airy ambience. The villa consists of a lounge/dining room with leather suite, full UKTV including sports and movies, ipod docking station and ceiling fan. There are dining facilities to seat 4 people. Patio doors from the lounge lead out to the beautiful spacious south facing garden and tiled patio area which is furnished with sun loungers, outside sofa area, patio dining furniture and BBQ for all day and night enjoyment.
The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and main bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead out onto a balcony with lovely sea views and the island of Fuerteventura.

The second bedroom is spacious and has twin beds, built in wardrobes and ceiling fan. A built in safe is located in the wardrobe.
The kitchen is contemporary in style and well equipped. It contains a washing machine, dish washer, kettle, dulce gusto coffee machine, toaster, sandwich toaster, full oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The kitchen leads to a utility room which has washing facilities including iron and board. There is also a highchair, cot and stair gate for people with young families.
The modern bathroom is light and airy with a walk in power shower, sink vanity unit and toilet. On the ground floor is a second bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
There is a private heated swimming pool and outside shower.

My brother and I had the most lovely 10 days staying in Casa Roper. Villa had everything you could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen, utility room with washing machine. Comfortable beds. The outdoor area was fab, and the heated pool was wonderful. 10-minute walk to the marina with a great selection of restaurants. 5 minutes to the bus stop and only 3 euros a couple to visit Playa Blanca. Local bar 5 minutes along the road. So welcoming and friendly. Many thanks to Joanne for the pack at the beginning of our holiday, supplying fresh bedding and towels and the cleaning of the pool a week after we arrived. Considering the difficult time, she and Kevin were going through. Many thanks again and hoping all is well x Would highly recommend booking this villa.

The villa was well equipped and very comfortable, well located in a nice, quiet area near Marina Rubicon. Also only a 1 minute walk from Supermarket. The pool area is very spacious and clean, as is the rest of the place. We booked it at short notice. Joanne was very friendly and helpful, which made things easy. Kevin also popped over one day to make sure everything was ok for us. We really enjoyed staying there. It's located a 2 minute walk from the Playa Blanca Bus Stop and was only a 4 or 5 Euro trip back at night. Would happily stay again and highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at this villa. Has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The pool was lovely especially when it was so warm. The villa is close to the marina but situated in a nice quiet area. There's 2 supermarkets round the corner which is handy and has everything you need. The owners Kevin and Joanne live near by and made sure everything was ok for us. I would highly recommend this villa and we hope to be back next year.

We stayed for three weeks at Casa Roper. Joanne and Kevin are outstanding with the support they provide. Everything ran very smoothly from booking to presentation to follow up and collection / return to airport service. The Casa is very well presented: neat, clean and the pool is such a plus.
